For maximum success, my tips are:
Play your meditation every morning as soon as you wake up for the next 7 days at least.
Before you start, set the intention that you wish to connect to your sub-conscious mind.
Ensure you're somewhere quiet where you can relax and won't be disturbed for the next 11 minutes.
Get comfy with your legs and arms uncrossed (this tells your sub-conscious mind that you're open to receiving).
FEEL the abundance (this helps it sink into your sub-conscious even more).
Write out or say the abundance mantras from the meditation as often as you can during the day.
