My Energy is My Own

As women, we tend to be aware of everyone else’s feelings and energy around us. It’s one of our feminine nurturing qualities.

What are energy rituals?

For me, it’s salt water showers or, weather permitting, swimming in the ocean. At the end of my shower I dissolve Maldon Sea Salt in a cup of water, toss it over my head and visualise the salt washing away negativity, other people’s energy, lower vibrations, judgement, self-doubt, stress and fear. I imagine all this unwanted energy being washed away into the drain and back to whomever or wherever it came from. I then immediately ask to be filled with positive high vibes.

I have many daily rituals and this is one of the most essential. Try it for at least 21 days straight and you will experience the difference.
