Who's Teaching Our Kids About Money?

Elle Macpherson and her sons, Vogue

Lately, I've been receiving requests to teach teenagers about money.

My very first article way back in 2019 was on how to inspire your teenager to invest (you can read it here). It explained the magic of compounding returns on investment and how investing just $25,000 between the ages of 14 and 24, then leaving it to work in an index fund, can generate almost $1.5m!

Teaching the magic of making money from money is what inspired me to start Love Luck Wealth. I wanted to inspire women to empower themselves with financial knowledge, confidence and wealth building systems. As I had two teenagers of my own, I wanted to inspire them too because when it comes to investing, the sooner you plant that tree the better!

If we don't teach our kids about money, who will?

Financial education is never wasted.

Would you, your kids (if you have them), or anyone you know with kids be interested in a financial literacy course for teenagers? I'd be teaching on topics like:

How rich people put their money to work. Essential financial habits. The magic of compounding and how you can turn $25,000 into $1.5m. Good debt vs bad debt. Good assets vs not so good assets. How to organise your money in the most efficient way possible. How to avoid the most common money mistakes.

If you'd like your teenager to take part in a live interactive course on this topic, please complete this form. I'll put you on the list so that you’re the first to know once we go live.

Let me know if there are any particular topics you would like covered!

This feels good 😊. I wish I had this when I was a teenager!

P.s. Please share this blog post with the mothers you know.
